COMP ORGANISERS, PLEASE NOTE CHANGES TO HOW YOU SEND THE PAPERWORK

We would like to alter the way the paperwork is sent through at the end of a competition. 

We aim to streamline the process a bit, but, we need your help to do it. 

At present you email your results file and title points workbooks to [email protected] 

We would like you to also CC in the Web Team email address [email protected] This will avoid double handling by the Web Team.

The next new step is -

Once you have finished your workbook, you copy the originals, file the copies away safely and mail the original paperwork with the chq to the AFA Post Office. These are then scanned through to a committee member allocated to checking the workbook. Waiting for the paperwork to arrive in the mail can hold up the updating of title points, so, we would like to trial an additional step. 

Before mailing the paperwork, could you please email it through to [email protected] AND [email protected]  We still need to wait for the originals to arrive before we can upload, but, if we have the emailed copies of timesheets etc we can have everything ready to go and hopefully avoid delays. 

If you wish, you are welcome to request a drop box request from the [email protected] email address rather than emailing, totally up to you, this is a good idea if it is a large competition. 

if you aren't sure of how to do this, please contact the Web Team for assistance, we are happy to talk you through it. 

If you don't have access to scanners etc and can't help with this extra step, still send the originals in the mail, this just means the points from the comp will be uploaded a little slower than the others.
