For those attending the Dogs Victoria Dogs Big Day Out flyball demo some important information below:
The club coordinators who provided names of dogs attending have all been emailed all the details of the even and any parking passes for your club's attendees. Unfortunately there were not a huge number of parking passes were allocated and anyone who has not received a pass will need to either park in the volunteers area.
All exhibitors need to be parked, and at their event locations by 9:45am. Gates will open to the general public at 10 am. If you arrive after 9:45am you will need to wait for the event to open in order to get in the gate. There is traffic control on the day. Please be polite to them and follow all instructions. We will have 4 x 6x3 gazebos and some 3x3s there for all competitors and dogs to use. There's approx. 40 dogs attending, so please pack light where you can.
Set up and pack up:
Weiners will be there from 7:30am to set up, we ask all other clubs and their attendees to arrive at 8am to assist. Many hands make light work! We need to be set up and ready to go by 9:45am.
We cannot pack down until 4pm, when the event closes to the general public. Again if you could assist in pack down it would be greatly appreciated!
Timings for the day are as follows:
Flyball demonstrations: 10:30am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm. If you are not at the flyball area at these times your dog will not be included in teams to race. We don't have time to wait.
Public try outs are at: 11am, 1pm and 3pm. We ask for assistance with these please and will explain more on the day of what's involved.
