Renewals for 2008/2009

Membership renewals are due by the 30th June each year.

Please note: If you are planning to compete in early July competitions.We encourage you to renew your membership before the next committee meeting on Monday 2nd June, 2008

To renew membership please complete the Membership Application Form, including all details and post to the AFA with a cheque/money order for $20per dog.

Late renewing? - Memberships which are not renewed by 31 July will lapse and renewal will require committee approval.

"PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL"

Junior members are required to fill out a new junior membership form to accompany the renewal form.
