New AFA Membership Application Online

 

The AFA is releasing the first online application for first time members/dogs to become new members of Australian

Flyball Association Inc.

The online application process will allow two payment options:

  • Payment by cheque or money order.
    You can complete your application online and then send your cheque to the AFA  quoting reference number,  which will be instantly emailed back when you hit the submit button.
  • Internet Banking.
    This method is only available if you have registered with your bank for internet banking. On completion of the online application hit the submit button and your reference number will be instantly emailed to you.  You MUST quote the reference number in the detail or reference section when transferring the funds via Internet Banking, to make it visible for us to view on the AFA bank statement. Please retain a copy of your internet receipt.

On receipt of the funds, your membership will be submitted to the next monthly AFA Committee meeting for approval. Once your application is approved, you will be advised by email and be granted access to the Members Login area on the AFA website www.flyball.org.au

As the Web Project rolls out you will see more of our forms moving to online application, making processes easier for our members and reducing administration for our voluntary AFA Committee. We encourage new members to use the online application, however the original forms will still be available for you to print off and place in the post.

What’s next??? The next phase of the web project will be focusing on the membership renewal application online for 2010. The renewal application concept will include an online form which includes your information from the database.  You will be able to amend any changes before submitting.  The payment will be via Internet Banking or Cheque.
