| As already mentioned this workbook runns with macro's. All you have to do to get from one page to another is press a button. On the front page there are 42 buttons. The first button is to view the instructions which obviously you have already pressed. Once you have read these insructions you will be ready to proceed with entering the title points from your competition. |
| Step 3 |
| NOTE: The cells that you will fill in are all coloured blue. Not other cells are available for you to change. |
| Starting from the page 1 (home page) press the button labelled "Team 1". This takes you to the first page for entering the points. On this page you will need to enter your competition number & this is acquire from the AFA Website under "Results" page for the current year. You are only required to enter this number for Team 1, the number will automatically flow through to all the other sheets. You will then need to enter the teams name. ie: Bourbon Benders etc. |
| Step 4 |
| Beneath the club name (which is a drop down list - name must remain as selected) and team name in the blue cells enter the CRN's for the dogs that raced in that team in the same order as they are on the timesheet: i.e.: enter Dog 1 on the timesheet next to Dog 1 on the spreadsheet and so on until all the dogs on the timesheet have been entered into the spreadsheet. it is important that these CRN's are correct. Please double check everything you enter from here on in. It is your responsibility to ensure to the best of your knowledge everything is entered correctly. |
| You will notice to the right of where you enter the CRN's there are 3 buttons, one is "home" one is "next" and one is labelled "print". The "Home" button will take you back to Page 1. The "Next" button will take you to the Team 2 spreadsheet to begin entering the points for the second team. The "Print" button is to print the information you have entered into the spreadsheet. This will print out as 2 pages. You will also notice that this top section of the spreadsheet has been frozen so it does not move only the bottom section of the page moves up and down so you can enter one race at a time. As you enter the points information into this spreadsheet the totals tally next to the CRN's will change. |
| Step 5 |
| Your information should be entered by placing a "y" under the dogs number if they raced; ie: if on the timesheet that dogs number was circled. In the Race points column you enter the number of points that team received for each heat. See the diagram below. |

| When you have finished entering race 1 continue entering the other races and heats until all of them have been entered. The sheet is set up so you can enter up to five heats per race. If you only have 3 or 4 heats per race just leave the extra's blank. Even if the heat scored 0 points please enter the information into the spreadsheet. As illustrated above. |
| We have allowed for up to 15 races per team. At the end of spreadsheet the totals are also in the yellow coloured cells. Again these cells are protected from being changed. |
| Step 6 |
| When you have finished entering the first teams time sheet you can either choose to press the "Print" button to print this information or the "Next" button to start entering the next timesheet or the "Home" button to go back to Page 1 and press the "Team 2" button to go to the next spreadsheet for the next team. |
| On the Team 2 spreadsheet there is a fourth button labelled "Previous" this will take you to the previous team's spreadsheet to review it or to make changes. |
| When you have entered all the teams that raced at the competition (even if they did not score and title points), return to page 1 by pressing the "Home" button on the spreadsheet. The last button on page 1 is titled "View Totals" this button will take you another spreadsheet that will give you each teams totals for the dogs that raced. This spreadsheet has 2 buttons one to return to page 1 labelled "Home" and one labelled "Print" which will print this page. It will print 7 pages. The workbook has enough sheets to enter information for 40 Teams. That is what will print out when you request it to print. |

| Adding a new Club Name: |
| If Club Name does not exist in the drop down list in cell "B2" on each team sheet, then go to the sheet "Current Clubs" and add in the new club name in the blank cells at the bottom of the list (in blue highlighted cells). |
